The keyboard in agreement makes this useless.

Unlike other superb Norton products, this one is useless. Id gladly pay for an iPhone Norton Security if its good code.

I guess the app could be somewhat good, but the fact that every time you launch it, it just displays a white screen instead of the camera image is just crap! DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Ever tempted to scan a QR code that you have no idea where it leads .. or maybe it is naughty, but afraid its malware city???? This Norton Snap QR Reader works great on my iPhone4 (OS 6.0.1). P.S. The "white-out" is possibly caused by a QR code on a very reflective surface - such as a gossy magazine page. Just chage angles a bit and hold phone close to page & steady.

Not functional. It shows the QR Code, but does not scan it. This App has not been updated since January 2012. My next step will be to delete it.

It works. And the annoying sound the app makes when it recognizes a QR code cant be turned off. This will be a deal-breaker for me. Ill be looking for an app which allows the sound to be disabled or better to just have NO sound.

Every time I turn on the app or switch back to it, my music turns off..

Downloaded this app and its doesnt work. Please fix it!!

Just installed the new Norton Snap, but the scanner doesnt work at all. Cant scan anything. The red line inside the square doesnt move. I deleted it and reinstalled it many times, still doesnt work. It needs to be fixed.

After opening app, I cannot access the App Store. The info on the Norton App stays on my screen. Tried deleting app, no success. Fix.

Can not focus to the 1.5cm square QR code... Not even start for recognition yet

Another example of some developer doing something cool for its own sake instead of THINKING about how people will use it. If there are 2 QR codes near each other there is NO way to choose which one gets snapped... it just grabs one as soon as it recognizes it. It SHOULD allow you to frame the one you want THEN click a snap button, but instead it just auto-snaps as soon as it sees any QR ... so you end up with the wrong one.

Just downloaded this app and has worked good for different codes Ive tried. Like knowing whether site is safe or not before accepting the site from opening up. The user interface is simple and getting app to focus on code, depending upon the size of square, has just been a matter of moving the phone closer or further away and waiting for the phone to refocus. I like the fact that app signals picture has been taken, how seems to be how you have phone configured for notifications. Overall, works as advertised.

Does more than just read the QR code-tells you if its safe, lets you see what else youve looked up, and lets you share the website. Love it.

Works to scan QR codes. Its a little slow to start up, but it provides you with the info or website contained in the code; cant ask for much more of a simple QR code scanner. Its a nice touch that the app checks the safety rating of the website in a code; though how useful that is Im not really certain...
